This wine which recently received points equivalent to a silver medal level in Berliner Wein Trophy 2018 is made from a unique regional grape variety called Feteasca Alba.
The wine impresses with a bright yellow straw color and aromas of blooming vine, lilies and field flowers. Peach and citrus nuances open gradually. It has soft and fresh taste with discrete acidity. This wine pairs well with white meat, seafood and light salads. It is recommended to be served at a temperature of +6°C +8°C.
A complex blend of several European varieties from the category "vitis vinifera", including the indigenous grape variety Rara Neagra, which is exclusively characteristic for the Republic of Moldova. This wine is impressive with its intense purple color and transparent accents on the edge of the glass.
The bouquet is rich in forest fruits, blackcurrant, rose hip, blueberries and cranberries. The taste is characterized by a pleasant astringency with vigorous tannins, which will allow it to age well in the bottle. It pairs well with roast or grilled meat, and shall be kept in cellar for further development. It is recommended to be served at a temperature of +15°C +17°C.
